AC Electric Fields
These fields are produced by VOLTAGE, which is the force or pressure that helps push electric current through power lines, wires, cables etc, They are present even when electrical current is NOT flowing. For example a wire from a lamp that is plugged into a socket will emit an electric field even when the lamp is turned off. The electric field will go away only after the lamp is unplugged. These fields expand 6-8 feet, directly through walls or other object, They expand once with a positive force which will collapse then expand again once with a negative polarity which is one cycle, The UK is 50 cycles/Hz per second.
